CONTRACT EXPIRING NOT CONTACTED

I have three contracts with virgin mobile, two of my contracts expired in 2012 and they never informed me only when i enquired about the number which i use daily, then they advised that the other two expired, i then wanted to do an upgrade but then cancelled the upgrade as i was not happy with the way they treat the customers and then declined the delivery of the phone as i cancelled it way before the courier company contacted me or even before EARL could order it. i then called again and i spoke to TSEPO and she gaurenteed me that all three contracts has been cancelled, i then called last week and i spoke to SIYABONGA who then advise that the contract has not been cancelled, he had me holding the line for 20minutes and then promised that he cancelled the contract i then get airtime and data bundles for something i dont have, i didn;t upgarde for a new phone neither did i upgrade for data bundles...

i want these contracts cancelled with immediate effect or i will take legal action against VIRGIN MOBLE.

which service provider calls you two months after you're contract expires.

they are the worst service provider and have the most incompetend employees ever. CHAMps imagine
