When I first complained on this site in October 2013, I received feedback within 24 hrs and my issue was sorted by the Monday - yet I was promised that my account was rectified and that I will receives my Sm's's automatically on a monthly basis. However on the 1st of November I once again only received my airtime and no Sm's' - I am sorry but Virgin Mobile let me down once again
I have been calling them for a YEAR since my contract was renewed in October 2012 - this is becoming too much for me it is an embarrassment to have a contract phone, but you NEVER have airtime or Sm's' to contact people - I have to send "call back's" or purchase airtime - why did I get a contract phone in the first place
Please could you get this mess sorted - it is becoming ridiculous - I am a paying customer and I should get the service I signed up for - not temporary solutions to an ongoing problem
