I went to MTN Riversquare in Aug this year for an update and Kedebonetse informed me that they dont have the S3 in stock and she will give me a call, i went again beginning of Sept without a phone call and she informed me that they dont have micro cards available, she did not even apologize for not getting back to me. Is like I want an upgrade so i must be in contact with them. ive been waisting my time, effort and money just to find out there is no stock, i went again end Sept and she keeps on writing my name in a book and says she will get back to me with no positive response. Last week i got an email from Kimce Louw advising me i am due for an upgrade and i informed him that i want the Samsung S3 and he infomed me that the phone has been depleted. Now whos fault is this why must i pay more for the S4 when i wanted the S3 and the consultant never got back to me, this is very unfare and i am not willing to pay more as i went for an upgrade before the phone was depleted. Till to date i never received any feedback from the branch, this is very poor service, i feel to cancell both contracts and get another service provider.
