On the 2nd of january, i went to the mtn at Thabo Mbeki Street Branch and did my upgrade on the top-up 100 contract on the Samsung galaxy s2 .I was informed that they dont have stock but that they are ordering it right now. That it will be delivered on the 4th. On the 4th i went back to get my phone, still no stock of my phone. The deal that i wanted it was on the promotion and it was ending on the 9th but it was then extended to the 31 of january 2013.I did all the paper work even signed just waiting for my phone.
They told me that they will call me, as soon as they receive stock but they never did. I had to call them my self and ask were is my phone. They told me that they did not have stock again. I asked the consultant that why a big company like MTN did not have stock, from the 3rd to the 25 of january no stock.
One of the sales person told me they dont have stock and the never got stock. it was and advertisement that will make us customer come and do upgrade on the phones that they dont have.he and she told me to take other phone .the reason i went to do an upgrade it was to get the samsung galaxy s2 .
why advertised if you dont have stock
