Unprofessional, un-educated, NON-SERVICE DELIVERY

I wanted to upgrade my contract, to a Galaxy note 2 32gb LTE ver, from Vodacom.
3 different vodashops in edenvale dont have stock and cant even tell you when they get stock??
Vodacom upgrade center answering mashine asks for your phone number you give it. you wait in que the call gets dropped 3 times. Then when consultant comes on they ask the same number again. So why the waist of time entertaining the answering mashine with my details.
1st consultant says only 16 gb version exists of the galaxy note 2. I direct her to [URL Removed] to proof 16, 32, 64GB exits then she says vodacom only gets 16 gb version of phone. I know this is bull so i call again.
2nd consultant yes they do have it in stock. I do the deal the line cuts out again after he has taken all my details does not phone back. Ok maybe were done...
Get sms phone on back order? get tracking no, 2 days later waybill still does not exist and no update.
Phone again 3rd consultant finds out they ordered a non LTE version and no stock, Was never informed there is 2 versions. Change the order to LTE then 2 days later they gave the wrong shipping address and wrong contact no. Its all updated on my account with Vodacom!!! POOR
