Rewards department for Vodacom phoned me on the 10th of May and did an upgrade for me to a Nokia Lumia 510 red and informed me that they will have the phone within 7 working days this was indicated when I phoned again last week to confirm. I contacted this department yesterday to be informed that the phone that I ordered is not available from the supplier anymore so I should and informed I should cancel the upgrade request or change my upgrade to a black but it cant be promised that there will be available stock for me. What kind of service is this if you make a promise you keep it or inform the client from the beginning that stock will not be available so that we can make another plan so I have waited 7 days and followed up in the mean time just to be informed that there is no stock and I cant be promised another phone because there might not be stock after Im phoning this department the whole time.
In addition to the above complaint which I thought was resolved according to Jonathan at your department which was to cancel my upgrade request. I went to Vodacom shop to upgrade today only to be told that it has not been cancelled when I contacted your department again the 4th time.
