I cant even receive calls, I NEED MY PHONE TO WORK

The message below is the exact e-mail (shortened due to Hello Peter limit) that I sent to MTN on 6 November and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

I am raising a dispute for my contract as seen in the subject, number: 0833005157

I phoned mtn last week and requested for my invoices to be e-mailed to me after receiving an sms notifying me that my account is in arrears. Firstly, I do not understand how a R399 contract can come to a ridiculous amount of R1, 650. My invoices for August, September and October are truly horrendous! For example, my September invoice has the following: content charge - R163 (I have never heard of this before!), Multi Media Message - R7.90 (Please proof to me when I sent a multi media message), Packet switched data calls - R663.37 (this is ridiculous), Call charges - R189.96. These weird charges are also seen on my October invoice.

At the moment I know that I did NOT use up SO MUCH of the charges depicted on my invoices, I need this sorted out as soon as possible because I need my phone and it is now suspended!! I want a final recon and if the amounts do not come down for the above invoices I want substantive proof of this otherwise I want this contract cancelled.
