Mr Vis Chetty informed me that the phone I wanted is out of stock, he informed to rather cancell the upgrade from Rewardsco and rather go to a shop which I did on Saturday. To my horror I cant upgrade as my upgrade was never cancelled with Rewardsco. I am very mad because I have sitting without a phone for two months and am getting nowhere.
