Worst service eve

I bought a prepaid data simcard on friday the 8th of november, they loaded the data and everything in store, and assured me the sim is ready. However, when i finaly got home 6 hours later i put the sim into my huawei modem, and could not get any data connection, i then tried it in 3 diffrent phones, and also my tablet, I know I have coverage at home, I have had a 8ta sim before and got a 11mb download speed, so I phoned them 9 times during the weekend, 4 of those times they told mr to hold and then hung up...!!! The other 5 I heard 4 diffirent excuses and got one tip, this tip did not work, i need this data connection solved urgently, as I work of site and a lot of times I need to send mails and the service I get from 8ta is going to get me fired. Please help, the data sim number is 061 498 2270, they also gave me a ref, 7124398, but when I qeury it they say its invalid.
