Poor MTN Service to customers

Recently i bought P3100 with 2gb on data contract but since i got it have not used it because the connection to the internet is poor, i thought its the phone then i bought mtn usb modem but only to find out that it mtn connection speed it self. The reception is always in edge and connection is very bad, sometimes it fails even to connect to google, dust imagine websides with lots of pictures???

I have been complianing about this and nothing is solved, i went to branch, called mtn data they always telling me the same story. If they were professionals they should have told me that their data is not working on certain areas and advise to get better ones, i wonder how this guys think sometimes because they always thinking about selling not what best for customers,

My simcard is full of bundles but trust me i cant even use them, poor service MTN...
