Apologies for the delayed response, with regards to your query the migration to top up was done on the 16-10-2013 and the bill cycle on your account is on the 7th of each month.
On the 13-03-2013 reference:97966418 there was an enquiry regarding the migration and our consultants sent through the migration forms to top up and the forms were only received on the 16-10-2013 reference:105166941.

So tell me Mantoa - Why do I have to pay for your Queenswood branch's delay in response and why must I pay for their mistakes. What about the printout that I received from them, stating that I have been migrated to top-up, just to later receive another bill from MTN, and confirmation that it is still on open contract,
I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE _ I DEMAND A REFUND for all the moneys that I spend paying for someones elses mistakes.
