Everyday from around 18:30 till 20:00 I experience pathetic data speeds or applications/browsers stop responding due to "network connectivity" or "timeout" issues. My phone says H and my iPad says 3G but everyday during these times, these devices become useless where a data connection is required.
Ive sent queries to your twitter accounts but noone responds. Maybe they have the same data issue?
This happens everyday and is annoying. Please advise if and why you throttle down connections or if its simply that your network cannot handle the traffic?!
I regularly need to work from home and if this cannot be rectified, please let me know as I need to move to another network. Youre making my "Work from home" option useless and I'm paying for a useless data connection. Or should I take solace that CellC data is the cheapest?
