I have logged a complaint previously but to no avail. Everyday, in almost all areas from 18.00 till 21.30 everday, there is no data connection. I moved to you and paid for a data connection as per our contract. Now please remove my data charges until you sort this out. As stated previously, CellC has basically nullified my 'working from home" benefit. I now have to load MTN prepaid to a previously obsolete 3G modem when I require internet at home!!! My household now has 3 NEW CONTRACTS ON CELLC THAT BECOME WORTHLESS AFTER 18.00!
I suggest a zero rate of my data bundle or discount my contract until you have this sorted.
