Who switches of Cell C data at noight

Dear Cell C..

Please exsplain the following to me.: Three weeks ago i bought your 100GB prepay data sim card at Cell C Clearwater. After consultant check my coverandge to the T at my house and it showed 100% full 3G cover.
I got home, installed the sim in my wi fi modem and of i go. Download speed good and all working well. Being at work during the day my wife reported that the device is really working nice and fast.
When i got home and wanted to use the internet it was going backwards.??? After checking at several times in the past 3 weeks i discoverd that 5h30pm - 11h30 pm the divice is connected but you cant even download a 2kb email in 15min.
Before and after those times you download 800 MB in 15min. I understand that in the evening more people might use data and therefore the speed slower but i dont understand that in the evening its non excisting!!!
So my question is who switched the data network off at those times so we are not able to use the data we PAID for.!!!
I need the device especially within those times its not working!
It is not my device as i have tried 3modems, ipads, iphones and laptops. Same result.
This is not what i signed up for and would like my money back please
