SETTLED THE ACCOUNT BUT STILL LISTED

Hello Peter
I had a cellphone account with Virgin and it got handed over to DMC Real People for collection, I settled it in March but I'm still listed. i tried all possible methods. ranging from calling in, emails and even wrote to them via their website with no luck, you can imagine my frustration 8 months after i settled but my name is still with the credit bureau.
