I settled my contracts at virgin mobile last year December 2012 and no one told me to call them to cancel the lines so they assumed that it must go over to a month to month contract.in March 2013 they deducted R1200 from my account and I went to stop the debit order because I settled the contracts already. Both my simcards are swaped to prepaid after I settled the contracts and still they say I own them R1200 because of the month to month contract after I settled it. Now im trying to buy a new car and the banks wont give me finance deu to bad credit rating because of virgin mobile. And im not the only one who had the same problem. Ive got proofe to show that I paid the settled amount into their bank acount. Im trying for almost 4 months to sort this out and still nothing has been done they cant even replay the voice recordings that they have
