I settled my account back in 2011, of this I have proof. I waited for ages for a settlement figure from Virgin during which time they put a default against my name on ITC. A year ago i received a letter from Virgin saying my account was paid up and closed however to this day the records have not been updated on ITC.
I have been struggling with Virgin for over a year - they are useless and i would advise anyone thinking of getting a contract with them to look somewhere else.
I will post this onto HELLO PETER every five days until the ITC records have been updated to reflect the fact that the account was settled over a year ago.
