I received a letter from Select-on-Line who was instructed to collect R317.01 owing to Virgin Mobile after TWO YEARS!!
I spoke to Zuraida from above co tel 031 3101825 who told me that legal dept of Virgin is responsible for this.
My last debitorder went through bank on 25.06.2011 and first letter i received was 27.06.2012. I communicated with Zuraida who told me that the legal dept of Virgin will contact her. On 15.07.2013 I received a sms telling me that i have been listed on credit bureau. I think it is ridiculous of Virgin Mobile to decide after TWO YEARS that i am owing the insipid amount of R317.01?? Will never ever do any business with Virgin group whatsoever. I cannot even remember cellphone number.
