I have cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile in March 2013 and received my last invoice on16 May 2013. I queried the account on 17 May and after sending a further reminder received an email from a certain Mr Skhumbuzo Hadebe advising that the query has been referred to accounts who will contact me. I have to date not received any correspondence from Virgin.
I am however shocked to learn that Virgin has listed my name on the credit bureau without my knowledge and that is after according to my knowledge, the account has been settled. Could someone in the accounts department please explain, on what grounds did you act without informing me about the course of action?
