Bad service from Virgin Mobile

About a year back i found out that virgin mobile listed me on ITC for R149 so i paid the R149 and asked them to remove me from ITC which they told me they will do, so about a month back i bought a new car but had issue with finance, only to find out that i am still listed on ITC for R149 from Virgin Mobile, so i called them and spoke to a Lerato Sebetoane on the 2013/06/14and she mailed me the Clearance Letter, i then asked her how long will it take for them to remove me from ITC and she said about 21 days, so imagine my surprise when i applied for a bond and got turned down because i am listed on ITC for R149 by Virgin Mobile and this is a month later. Virgin mobile was very quick to list me for R149 and although the account was settled a year back it seems like a very difficult task for them to remove me from ITC, they are just making my life difficult. This is the worst service provider i have ever dealt with and my advise to other people is to rather use MTN, Vodacom or CellC they have way better customer service and are always willing to assist customers. Although i don't have a contract virgin mobile anymore they are still the biggest worry in my life
