I have a MTN pay as you go number, while sleeping at home having problem with my BIS, i called MTN and was advised that my number was changhed to a top up contract and i confirmed that change on the 31 October 2013. MTN referred me to Nashua Mobile who the answered i should contact RMCS which i Then Contacted using my airtime adding, I called friday the 1st November while at a Edgars store at Jabulani Mall and i was promised by the 04th Nov my line would be back to pay as you, when i called Tuesday i then spoke to Jaylene who then gave me a reference number 1311042539452 and promised me by thursday my number will be on the normal pay as you go, when i called on the 07th Nov i then spoke to Gift Khuse who gave me a very bad attitude and told me the systems are not working but i will be contacted before the end of businnes days and was never contacted. im very frustrated as i want this number to be back on pay as you ASAP. This is very incompetent service.
