DISAPPEARANCE OF AIRTIME AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

On Tuesday 05 Nov 2013 i recharged my acc with an amount of R12 as usual, knowing that i only used it for my whatsapp. In few seconds, the airtime disappeared without me even using it. I then recharged with another R12 trying to see if the problem will still persist. The same thing occured after loading 4 x R12 and 2 x R5 on the very same day.

What surprises me is that i didn't change any settings on my phone and (galaxy pocket) does not have any automatic updates, which i could blame for the disappearance of my airtime and did not use internet. I spoke to about 5 agents and none of them could assist. One Gilbert Mogorosi from data dep was at first helpful (i thought) but only to find out that he was a and did not do as we agreed me and him to log a service request for me and did not even bother to sent me the reference number as per our agreement.

I also spoke to a supervisor (Khanyisile) and other 4 female agents from perpaid dep who all including Khanyisile have a bad attitude. Finally i spoke to Frank from Data dep and he logged a service request for me and sent a ref no. I am still waiting to hear from Voda and i want a credit! I stil can't recharge 4 days later.
