I have a problem with regards to a recharge that was done on 21/08/2013 at 18:27:50. The amount was R100 and as soon as I received the notification sms I tried to convert it to data (R75 - 500mb) although had no success.
The airtime (full R100) disappeared without me getting the data bundle I attempted to convert it to.
I didn't have my data service on at the time which rules out any internet cost for the disappearance, I did however receive the supercharge minutes, smses and 150mb.
Please advise and fix as I am too scared to recharge again and discouraged in using Cellc further.
