Dreadful waiting time

I have been with MTN for a couple of years now, with no problems, I paid my account loyally, up until a few months ago. I have 3 lines with them. This resulted in a suspension (understandable) and then a complete disconnection. I notified them of my situation and made arrangements (which they never noted, and or disregarded). After a hefty payment of R5180, I attempted to contact MTN Legal to notify them that I paid my account in full and that re-connection can now be done. I called them at 8:30 and no one responded to my call by 11:50am (Which I find disgusting), I just then gave up. The following day I tried again, this time I was able to speak to a consultant (After 34min of holding), in the middle of my conversation she cut me off. Luckily I got her email address from her, where I forwarded the proof of payment. The following day I called again to confirm that someone at Legal got my email with the confirmation, where they made a note of the payment. I was told that it would take 48Hours for re-connection, then today I called again to know the status of my re-connection where I was told I should call back on the 28th!!! I paid, and still no service!!!
