I called in sometime to MTN to complain about my airtime, I just recharged with R30, I didn't make a call or sms anyone and now when I check my balance its R4.05 can someone please tell me where is my airtime please, tried to call their 173 number and guess what all their agents are busy I should call again later. Honestly I am so annoyed with this, I could just scream. I went onto the Internet for less than 5 minutes and I don't wanna hear the stupid story the agents tell me all the time about my auto updates being on cause they are not and I have done everything they have told me to do...
