Unjustified Data Charges and no Service

I am a pre-paid customer at Vodacom. Since 3 days Vodacom is deducting frequently 2 Rand from my airtime. On Thursday evening I recharged my phone with 12 Rand. On Friday morning the airtime was gone. I did not use my phone in this time and all apps were closed.
I went to Vodacom in Wynberg today to ask what the charges are for and how I can stop it. The lady said that this are data charges and that I was in the internet the whole time and that she can't help me. I would need to phone the customer service. I left the shop and went to buy airtime. 3 min after I recharged with 5 Rand, my airtime was back at 0 Rand. I went back to the Vodacom shop. Eventually the lady phoned the customer service. They also said that it is the internet, and that it is me who is in the internet. So, I asked how it can be that my airtime is disappearing within a few minutes without me doing anything. So the customer service blamed Whatsapp for it. And then he said that it is a device problem. But I never had this problem before, and I also have not changed any settings. Vodacom said that I can just stop it when I disable the complete internet. I left without solution. I'll change to another provider now.
