Incorrect data billing

Ive recharged (R29) thrice since this Sunday and each time the airtime only lasts at most a day. I called the call centre on monday morning to query and was told that i had my internet on the whole night, no further investigation was done. Even though ive never had this happen before. i recharged twice after that so what now?? I dont have any new apps and have been using mostly wifi but my airtime still disappeared. Also added a data bundle which doesnt display anywhere on my balance enquiries. I'm getting to a point where MTN sounds better, this is insane.
