WORSE PHONE EVER

I contacted MTN Store Name: MTN Direct Outbound to order a phone online. I ordered the Nokia Lumina 820. A few days later i received my phone via delivery. This was at the end of August. A week ago i was typing a message when a fine hairline crack appeared on the screen. The phone just stopped working. I had to go all the way to the Midrand repair center sit there the whole day and wait for my phone to get fixed. Now a week later some of the buttons don't even want to work. I called this number 011 912 3000 that was on my invoice and tried to speak to someone who can help me. My calls got dropped 3 times. I was told to take my phone back in for repairs. This is unacceptable to me. I cannot keep taking time off work to go sit at the repair center the whole day, and this phone is only 2 months old. I want someone from MTN to come fetch this dud they sold me and replace it with something else. If this cannot happen then i will cancel my contract and go somewhere else.
