I gave my cell phone in for repairs after a lot of from Vodacom repairs shop I got a sms to collect the phone it was so called repaired what a lie.
It is someone else phone who was repaired as there is no customer services.
The battery does not last even 6 hours, I received it yesterday afternoon, I had to recharge the so called new battery twice in 12 hours.
I was warned by another previous customer from Vodacom that they don't give a new phone, you only get second hand junk from someone else who gave in their phones for repairs, this is definitely true.
I wish I could get out of this contract as the service is appalling, people to you and then you get a call from Vodacom complaints were they said staff did phone me back, that is such a lie.
Obviously they don't have any customer service, they just do what they feel like.
I am so unhappy with this unprofessional service, I am considering taking legal action
