Six months and still being overcharged

For the past 6 months I've been overcharged for adsl service. First there were 2 accounts created in my name then for a service that was advertised for R400 pm I am billed R600-900 per month. On calling account to cancel the service was told that it was only to find out today that I've been billed for yet another month of services.
