DISSAPPOINTED IN CELL C REPAIR SERVICE

On 2013-09-13 I handed my Nokia Asha 303 Phone in at Menlyn Cell C for repair. The phone did not want to go on at all. I protected the screen against scratches. When I phoned Menlyn Cell C I was informed that my phone is being replaced as it could not be fixed. I went to pick up my phone on 2013-10-10. When I got the phone I showed the lady who was helping me at Menlyn Cell C that the screen has a lot of fine scratches and bigger scratches on the screen that my phone did not have and that I was dissatisfied as you don't expect to get a phone back that is worse than your own phone was. She phoned Repair Services and said I must speak to the consultant. I talked to Rahab. I explained my dissatisfaction and was told that I must send the phone back again and they will choose another phone for me. She said I cannot expect to get a new phone back as my phone was not new. I told her that means I must wait another 21 days and maybe they send a phone again that is worse than my own phone. I told her it is very uncomfartable and not acceptable. I told her I expected to get a phone back that looks like the phone I send in for repair. My phone was only about 5 months old.
