The iPhone 5 which I received new 3 months ago on an MTN contract through the Liberty Life MTN store in Braamfontein, does not work. I cannot speak on the phone when held to my ear as the speaker does not work. The phone has been in for repair to the Crown Service Centre THREE times, and the last time, they told me that they replaced the phone, but it came back with the exact same problem. Each time it goes into repair I am without a phone for a week. I cannot get my work emails, and it is costing me as I have to put call forwarding on.
I now will accept nothing less than a new phone, in a sealed box, from the repair centre, in order to rectify this problem.
