NEVER USE MTN!!!

I Applied for a contract with MTN online (MTN Direct). The next day the contract was approved. This was 22/5/2013. MTN advertise and tell you your new phone will be delivered within TEN working days. After TEN days I phoned MTN Direct and NOBODY was able to assist me. They said I must phone RTT, And RTT said I must Phone MTN. At last I got hold of the Lady that helped me with the contract. It appeared she got my addres wrong so they didnt go through with the application. She rectefy it and my phone was delivered 18/06/2013. When I wanted to activate my phone I couldnt get througt to call center after various calls and went to MTN Kollonade. They send me to MTN Wonderboom. The Lady there helped me, but still didnt activate my phone. My screen broke (in the MTN shop), so she said I must send in my phone for repairs.. I got Quotes for a new screen for a Galaxy S4, and NO MTN SHOP could help me or tell me that it actually is for FREE!!! (Wich I found out through a vodacom customer). MTN repaor center in Midrand couldnt help me. At last I took my phone to Samsung and they fixed it. Yesterday I got it back, Payed my account, ant tried to phone MTN!! NOW I am not Ricad?!!
