Dropped the phone in for repairs on 17.12.2013 at Cell C Kolonade, a process i was informed would take up to 21 working days. I was told it would take up to 3 working days to deliver the phone through to the repair center in Midrand. A week later when following up with the repairs center, the phone had not been delivered. After back wards and forwards with Kolonade, they realised they never sent the phone with their forwarder. The phone ultimately got sent through to repairs center on monday the 30th. A good 7 working days later. Ram only took the phone to the repairs center on Tuesday the 31st. The repairs center now tells me their processes will take up to 21 working days. Which implies. the repair process on a phone takes about 2 months? There are so many inconsistencies and unaccountability that i doubt i'll get my phone before Christmas... seriously, the back and forth is just soo pathetic!!!
