Non-functioning Call Centre

It took me nearly 15 minutes to reach a operator to assist me with the reporting of my phone. She then put me through to another section after which I received a message: No available operator, please call again later" and the phone went dead... This happened two times. I'm using somebody else's phone from another service provider to report my MTN phone, so I'm afraid of the account that needs to be paid to this person later this month! 083-1808 only for contracts. The website was of no help at all.
