MTN aids cellphone thefts

Good Morning,

My business partner's telephone was on Saturday. We immediately stopped the SIM card with MTN. We also asked the operator to confirm when the last call was made and to which number. We requested the same of text messages sent. A text message was sent after the occured. During the first call when we asked the operator to provide the number to which the text message was sent, the operator refused to assist us and then cut the call. We returned the call and after repeating our conversation we were informed that we can not receive the number and will have to wait until the end of the month when the account is sent to us. We informed the operator that this was not acceptable. We are the clients who pay our telephone accounts timeously. The information on the account is our records as we have paid for it. The operator committed to calling us back within the hour to give us the number. Well, as you can imagine WE HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE NUMBER 36 HOURS LATER. - a capitalist company who does not give a about their clients.
