24 hours for approval... it has been 3 days!

I have purchase a data package at the MTN store in Cape Gate. They said it would take 24 hours for approval and then I can fetch my data dongle etc.

It has been 3 days now, this is my day thus far calling around :

- MTN Complaint report: Got a response, I replied to the response... nothing happened nor response.

- customer server: couldn't help me coz my account is not reflecting. Transferred my call to MTN Direct..

- MTN Direct Operator 01: Said my account is still pending - I requested to speak to a Supervisor or Head office, first response they don't have a manager, and then she changed her story that they are unavailable. She gave me another number to phone.

- MTN Direct Operator 02: Can you believe Operator 01 gave me the exact same number I phoned... it's her own office number but a different operator!! Operator 02 could not even reach my account!

I am currently trying to reach the Cape Gate branch by telephone, after struggling to get their number coz the Cape Gate directly is out dated... and guess what!. No answer after trying more than 5 times. Finally reaching them and now still waiting for any response.
