I signed an MTN Anytime 200 contract with Nashua in 2010. My plan consisted of 200MB Data, 200 SMS's, 200 Minutes. I had no problem with the contract in 2010. In 2012 the 200MB data has fallen away because of users taking advantage of the Data. The problems started when I upgraded my contract. All my Data has fallen away, as well as the SMS's. I only now get 25 SMS's. The last time I called, the lady explained to me that in 2010 in it might have been promotional items and that's why I didn't get these items when I upgraded. I was not informed of this at all when I did the upgrade?
So what exactly am I paying for if all of these has fallen away? I pay about 3 times per month of what the contract is actually worth. I called Nashua several times to query this, but I am not getting satisfactory answers.
I cannot wait to go back to prepaid.
