My Blackberry had a problem, everything else was functioning except the BBM, when it came back from repairs, it was dead, didn't even switch on, and the face was not the same, the back cover missing, as per their report the phone was water damaged. The repair manager Vivian said will investigate and the report was that, nothing has been changed from the phone, i left the phone at cell c in southgate, dont know what happened to it. My main problem is that after i send my 1st complaint, they never responded except that they looking at the matter, every month they are billing my account and yet they know that i do not have the phone with me, they do not bother to communicate with me, and how do they trust the technicians who switched the face of my phone and who brought back my phone in that state over me... every time I am the one who have to call and follow up, I have been with Cell for over 8 years now and I have two contracts with them, so i don't expect this kind of service from them. All I need now is for them to bring back the phone in the same state asI took it in or else cancel both my contracts.
