I have a starter pack that was on Top Up account, then top up ended in April, I had /- R200 airtime on still yesterday, received an sms to say that my sim card has been converted back to pay as you go call per second and now I have lost all the airtime that I have paid for. When I contacted the call centre, the consultant put me on hold to find out how to resolve my query, the line operator was telling me about all these MTN stuff, and after holding on for more than 10minutes, tells me that the operator is busy and assist me now, and dead is the phone
