It has now been 2 months having terrible reception problems basically everywhere I go. I have complained at Autopage, Cell C, HelloPeter.
I have limited / slow 3G on my iPhone 5, calls drop or I can't make calls or nobody can get through to me. I'll get an sms for missed calls way too late & it frustrates my clients - this is a business line. SMS'es takes ages.
I believe that if one does not get the service offered it should be suspended. I will take serious action if my problem is not resolved within two weeks. I know that there are other Cell C clients suffering from the same poor reception & service, especially in Paarl-area, I will get hold of each & everyone & I will instigate a civil class law suit. I will stop my debit order to Cell C / Autopage if this is not resolved & if my credit record is going to be effected, I will make it my first priority to sue Cell C for any financial damages.
Autopage advised me that there are other Cell C customers who has switch to MTN/Vodacom with your permission.
I do not wish to be a Cell C client anymore - 10 years has been enough of this frustration. I do not believe you can fix the problem - give Autopage the permission.
