I have requested itemised bill to be send monthly to my email. I requested that in May 2013. It is now November 2013, 6 months down the line and I still don't get it. I request it every month. Because of that my cell phone was not paid, they have put a debit order through on Friday, I had to go to a Nashua branch yesterday to try and sort it out. I am working full day and sometimes. I just feel I can't do her job and she gets paid for it.
She has really got a very bad attitude towards customers.
