February I purchased a new I-phone contract from Nashua mobile and was promised world class service and free minutes and free data (all for R500 per month). Come my new phone bill and BOW, R1500 deducted from my bank, next month again R1500. I contacted the call centre and asked for a full itemised bill, two months later and nothing. Also tried to cap the phone bill at a reasonable cap, say R500, but whenever I try contact the Client Service department or Billing Dept (who are the only people who can field my query or request), I hang on for hours.
