Billed again after CANCELLING contract in may!!!

I cancelled my contract with Nashua mobile in May of this year. The monthly debit order was R824 P/M and the cancellation fee was calculated at R1500. I paid the cancellation fee and submitted all the necessary documents to Nashua Mobile (I have proof of all of this and a response from Nashua mobile!). I was assured that my contract will be cancelled and that the last debit order will be at the end of june. NOW FOR THE LAST TWO Months My debit order still went off and this month I get a bill for R4500!!! I queried the first debit order after the 'cancellation' and Nashua notified me that my contract has been moved to prepaid and the amount they TOOK from me has been credited to my account. Now the last month another debit order goes through and i get this ridiculous statement. The statement includes a Cancellation fee of R3360, and a Migration fee to prepaid of R1083. How is this possible? After I paid the cancellation fee YOU guys quoted me on. I honestly feel like I was misled and am now blatantly being robbed.
