Complaint / review / scam report
Hi, I requested my itemised billing on a numerous occasions and I keep getting told a different story. I need this for a cell phone claim against my company, without this I am at a loss. Vodacom says they cannot send my itemised bill because they do not have access to it, what's the point of having Vodacom as my service provider, if I cant even get a statement (Itemised Bill) on a requested date.
