I raised a billing query with Nashua on 29 May 2013 with regards to my data usage and to date this has still not been resolved.

On 5 May 2013 I loaded 3 addiitonal data bundles on my line. However, Nashua still charged me for data usage after this date. When I first queried this Nashua obtained the actual itemised billing from the Network (Cell C) which indicated that no data usage was billed. But the Nashua Mobile itemised billing showed billable data usage.

I requested Nashua to credit my account with the billed usage on 19 June 2013 and to date no credit was passed as yet.
