Upgraded a phone and have not received the phone

I received a call from the call centre and they gave me upgrade offer as LG and i said ok did everything and then i thought i don't like LG and cancelled it and do upgrade of Blackberry 9720 and every time i am calling the LG phone on their system says i still have the phone which did not come to me in the first place and all that started from the 6th Aug till now i have not received a phone. every time i call they all go and check and tell me they will call me back about 10 time and i stopped calling and i called Friday and told the lady that i am going to report them to you and she asked me to hold i told her she must call me back which she did not.
