Online billing not available for 3 months

I have been trying to obtain my itemised billing in electronic format from the Nashua Mobile website for 3 months without success. At first I could log into the website and everything worked except the functionality to download my itemised bill as CSV. I need this to be able to claim back work calls through a automated system (Nebula Firm-IT). I have called several times and everytime I'm told that "they are working on the website". Customer service has been able to email me files with my calls but this is not in the same format as that which you can download an only the downloaded version is supported.

The website is now not working at all. When logging in you cannot see or do anything. I called again as was just again told "they are aware of the issue and working on it." I am being charged for itemised billing but I have not been able to utilise it the way I supposed to be able to.
