Requested for an itemised bill

I called MTN the moment I realised that my line was suspended. I was told to wait for an invoive inorder for me 2 request an itemised bill 2 see what really transpired. When I received the invoice on the 16th, I then requested for the itemised bill n I was told that I will be charged for it.i had no problem with it so I told them 2 send me the bill. I waited for 24hrs after requesting for it but still I did not receive it. I then called again on the 18th only to be told that it has bn sent n the case has already bn closed (Ref No.108235407). I was given another Ref No. 108352848 n they said it will be resent to me n was told to wait for 48hrs. I still haven't received it till today but the 48hrs hev already elapsed. I have bn calling MTN (808) but m being sent from pillar to post. Wat is now raising my eyebrows is that wen they r emailing me invoices, its not a problem but since I requesed for the bill suddenly my email add has a problem. I am so not going to pay such a ridiculous amount of R4483.33 without me knowing wat exactly transpired on my acc. I have never paid an amount that exceeds my monthly instalment if R268.99.Can someone juss helo me on this. I now want to terminate this
