It is now 1 full month, no full explaination of proper feedback to what's happening, don't bribe me 200mb and say all is sorted out, When its now the 2nd month, same problem, every1 @ vodacom as different stories so who do I belive, I am fed up of paying an installment plus still need to to up airtime for B10 to work.
I had enough, I jus need a superior to tell me which branch to go to, so I can give the phone back, and I want all my installments paid back to me & I should be reinburst for all my time wasting, and customer loss. I am tired of this up and down phoning numours time, only to get a answer as, your call will be logged, and wait 1week only to get a message saying, here is 200mb to compinsate ur issue. No more I want this sorted out today. Cause vodacom was to go to debit my account, this is second complaint on hellopeter.
